Bridging the Gaps

Allowing success in the field of commerce to be accessible to all. Giving Black individuals equal career opportunities and facilitating cross-functional communication amongst the DeGroote School of Business and beyond.

Growing a Platform

Develop an outreach network consisting of black students, alumni, and staff to build an open environment for members to confide, motivate and uplift one another.

Experiential Development

Facilitate learning and development through pairing black-students with industry professionals, scholarships, internship experiences, and recruitment opportunities
